His approach in golf instruction is not only solid swing fundamentals, but a consistent and dedicated approach to the mental game. Solid swing fundamentals will obviously allow a player to strike the ball the way he or she wants. Most players a fundamental flaw or two, with constructive practice, can drastically improve their contact. Every player, with a positive mental outlook towards the game will always get the most out of their performance.
My name is Jason Thomas and I will be the Golf Operations Manager for the Ontario Golf Club. I was born and raised in the Town of Webster and have lived in Ontario for the past 19 years. I have been in Law Enforcement for the past 24 years with the last 20 years working for the Webster Police Department where I just retired as a Lieutenant. I am excited to be a part of the revitalization of the Ontario Golf Club. This course holds a special place for me as my two sons both played high school golf for Wayne Central and OGC was their home course. Golf has been a passion of mine my entire life and I have been in a league at OGC for the last several years. I look forward to seeing OGC becoming the gem it once was. See you on the course.
